  1. Day 1

    Reef warm-up

    Two reef dives off Playa to get back in the water before the course.

  2. Day 2

    Rescue: self-rescue and helping a diver

    Recognising stress, helping a tired diver, and the first rescue skills.

  3. Day 3

    Rescue: emergency scenarios

    Searching for a missing diver and bringing an unresponsive diver to the surface.

  4. Day 4

    Rescue certification

    Final open water scenarios. You leave certified PADI Rescue Diver.
